For customers
How do I sign up?
Open the FreeCup app, enter your phone number, and confirm the OTP sent to your phone. That's it — no passwords, no forms.
How do I earn a stamp?
Show your FreeCup QR code at the counter of any participating café. The barista scans it and a stamp is added to your card.
How do I redeem a free coffee?
When your card is full (usually 10 stamps), tap "Redeem now" in the app. Show the one-time code to the barista.
I didn't get my stamp — what should I do?
First, check your app to make sure it wasn't already added. If not, ask the barista to try again, or email us with the café name, date, and time.
Can I use FreeCup at any café?
Only at cafés that have joined FreeCup. You'll see a "Scan to join FreeCup" sticker at participating counters.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account. All your data will be removed permanently.
For café owners
How do I join FreeCup as a café?
Visit freecup.aurahimalaya.org and tap \"List your café,\" or email us at hellofreecup@aurahimalaya.org.
How much does FreeCup cost for cafés?
Free for cafés up to 100 customers. Standard plan is NPR 2,000/month for unlimited customers and analytics.
Can I customize the reward?
Yes. From the owner dashboard, go to Settings to change the number of stamps required and the reward description.
