Terms of Service

By accessing or using FreeCup (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These terms apply to everyone who uses FreeCup, including customers collecting stamps and café owners operating a loyalty program.

FreeCup provides a digital loyalty platform that lets customers collect stamps and redeem rewards at participating cafés. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including adding or removing features or participating cafés.

To use FreeCup as a customer, you need a phone number. We will send a one-time code to verify it. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for all activity that happens through your account.

Café-owner accounts require accurate business information. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the café you register.

Each participating café sets its own reward rules, such as the number of stamps required and the reward offered. Stamps are generally earned one per qualifying visit. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold unless the café explicitly allows it.

FreeCup reserves the right to cancel stamps or rewards that were obtained through fraud, misuse, or technical error.

Café owners may use FreeCup to issue stamps, view aggregate loyalty statistics, and manage reward settings. Owners agree to:

• Issue stamps only for genuine qualifying purchases or visits.
• Honour valid rewards presented by customers.
• Use customer data only for operating their FreeCup loyalty program.
• Pay any applicable fees according to the selected plan.

You may not use FreeCup to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Create fraudulent stamps, rewards, or transactions.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

The customer FreeCup app is free to use. Café owners may choose paid plans. Fees are billed as described at signup and are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated. We may change fees with reasonable notice.

FreeCup and its content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by FreeCup or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except as necessary to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may stop using FreeCup at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

FreeCup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
